HR & PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Pakistan

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced HR & Performance Manager to take full ownership of team
performance, accountability systems, and operational structure across departments.
This is not a basic HR administrative role.
This is a performance-driven position where you will monitor, evaluate, guide, and enforce
structured accountability across:
● Sales Team
● Social Media Team
● Community Management
If your experience is limited to hiring paperwork, attendance tracking, or payroll processing —
this role is not for you.
We are looking for someone who can think in systems, enforce standards, and raise
performance levels across the organization.


Experience Requirement
● Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR, Performance Management, or Team
Operations Management.
● Proven experience in KPI tracking, performance evaluation, and accountability
enforcement.
● Experience managing structured reporting systems.
● Experience working with performance-based teams (sales/marketing preferred).
Candidates must demonstrate measurable impact in previous roles.


Core Responsibilities
1. Performance Monitoring & KPI Oversight
● Track and evaluate individual and team KPIs.
● Ensure performance metrics are clearly defined and reported weekly.
● Identify underperformance trends.
● Develop corrective action plans.
● Implement structured accountability systems.
● Ensure documentation discipline across departments.


2. Sales Team Oversight
● Monitor how sales representatives qualify and interact with leads.
● Review CRM discipline and follow-up systems.
● Identify gaps in lead handling and closing process.
● Guide sales managers on performance improvement strategies.
● Enforce structured reporting and compliance.


3. Social Media & Community Monitoring
● Ensure content posting schedules are followed.
● Monitor engagement levels and interaction quality.
● Verify that community comments and responses are handled properly.
● Raise concerns if posting or engagement standards decline.
● Recommend improvements in performance tracking.

4. Reporting & Process Structure
● Present structured performance reports three times per week.
● Build dashboards and tracking systems.
● Identify inefficiencies and propose operational improvements.
● Ensure performance meetings are productive and data-driven.
● Establish escalation protocols for repeated underperformance.


5. Accountability & Culture Building
● Conduct structured performance reviews.
● Address discipline issues professionally and confidently.
● Balance empathy with performance expectations.
● Maintain documentation of performance discussions.
● Strengthen a culture of ownership and responsibility.
Working Hours
● Full-time position.
● 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pakistan time).
● Flexibility required for occasional timezone adjustments based on operational needs.
